SimpliViewUCCX Reporting is a cost effective and flexible reporting solution designed and developed specifically to enhance the overall functionality of CISCO UCCX by providing contact center supervisors and administrators with a comprehensive, multi-channel reporting tool that will ensure operational efficiency while maximizing the use of existing resources. SimpliViewUCCX Reporting software supplements the CISCO Historical reporting solutions with a browser-based interface that provides easy-to-use reporting access to the contact record details stored in the UCCX database.
SimpliViewUCCX provides the Contact Center management team with the ability to search for a specific or a range of specific contact records across all channels supported by Cisco UCCX and/or print and email the results.
SimpliViewUCCX Reporting provides a robust set of features including:
Voice and Multimedia Channel reports comprising of Agent Level, CSQ (Skill) Level, Resource Group Level reports.
Includes both tabular and graphical reports
Includes Dynamic template driven reporting framework, which can be used to create multiple template reports by the call center supervisors/managers/administrators on-demand and store it for public/private use.Two types of reports are supported in this template driven report framework.
Agent reports : With this, the report user can select the input criteria and select all the possible agent report data elements (Total calls handled, Hold time, Handle time, etc - Around 30 data elements) and save/run the report
CSQ reports : With this, the report user can select the input criteria and select all the possible Queue report data elements (Total calls offered, Total calls abandoned, Queue Time, etc - Around 45 data elements) and save/run the report

CISCO UCCX and SimpliViewUCCX Reporting Architecture
SimpliViewUCCX is a complementary component to the CISCO UCCX solution. The SimpliViewUCCX software is connected with the appropriate UCCX database(s) via standard network connectivity and is accessed from the same network by contact center supervisors or administrators wishing to run queries or view reports.
Regardless of the type of media channel used, the CISCO UCCX database, called the CRS, will use SQL Server as its database platform and will support the installation of SimpliViewUCCX on the same hardware. SimpliView Web Server and Service can reside on the UCCX machines or in a standalone server.
