SimpliHelp is a browser based helpdesk application. It can be used as a standalone application, but when working with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), it provides users the benefits of screen pop and other CTI functions by interworking with the IP Telephony system. The browser-based interface enables Contact Center agents to manage customer profile and ticket information with the Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD).
