SimpliViewIC Reporting is a cost effective and flexible reporting solution designed and developed specifically to enhance the overall functionality of Avaya Interaction Center by providing contact center supervisors and administrators with a comprehensive, multi-channel reporting tool that will ensure operational efficiency while maximizing the use of existing resources. Because of the total integration that Avaya Interaction Center has with other Avaya contact center products, Avaya Interaction Center relies on the Avaya Call Management System or Avaya Operational Analyst software as its reporting mechanism. SimpliViewIC Reporting software supplements these two Avaya reporting solutions with a browser-based interface that provides easy-to-use reporting access to the contact record details stored in the Avaya Interaction Center database.

Through a complete set of packaged reports, SimpliViewIC Reporting provides the contact center management team with the ability to track, search, and drill down to agent and contact activities for the channel supported by Avaya Interaction Center.
SimpliViewIC Reporting provides a robust set of features including:
Real-Time Snapshot Report: Used to request a “moment in time” view into the current status of all emails being processed.
Detail Search Query: Used to request a specific list of email contact records by a user-defined set of filters, view the list of email contact records matching the query, drill-down on a specific email contact record to view additional information about the handling of the email, and drill-down even further to view the email contents.
Distribution Report: Used to request a distribution for a single month, showing the number of incoming contacts per day for the entire month.
Search Email: Used to search email content, from address, to address and subject line.

Avaya Interaction Center and SimpliViewIC Reporting Architecture
SimpliViewIC is a complementary component to the Avaya Interaction Center solution. The SimpliViewIC software is connected with the appropriate Interaction Center database(s) via standard network connectivity and is accessed from the same network by contact center supervisors or administrators wishing to run queries or view reports.
SimpliViewIC Requirements:
Avaya IC 7.1.x with Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle Database.
Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server with .Net framework 2.0 or higher (needed for both SimpliViewIC Windows Service Component and SimpliViewIC Web Component)
SQL Client or Oracle Client installed (needed for both SimpliViewIC Windows Service Component and SimpliViewIC Web Component)
